Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Shredeo platform, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shredeo.

Shredeo provides a gym management platform that enables fitness businesses to manage their operations and members to access gym services. The Service includes:

• Mobile applications for gym members to book classes, view schedules, and manage memberships
• A management dashboard for gym operators to administer their business
• Payment processing for gym memberships, class credits, and shop purchases
• Community features including social posts, announcements, and messaging
• Fitness tracking including workout logging, attendance records, and progress monitoring

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify your gym or Shredeo immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Gym memberships, class bookings, and shop purchases are paid services. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are set by each individual gym and are displayed before purchase. Refund policies are determined by your gym operator in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Shredeo does not sell digital goods or in-app purchases; all transactions are for physical gym access, in-person fitness services, or physical products sold by the gym.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory in the community features
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to the platform's systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of Shredeo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post to the platform, but grant Shredeo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

Shredeo provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shredeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Shredeo (not to your gym) in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion initiates a 30-day grace period, after which your personal data is permanently removed. Shredeo may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Your gym operator may also remove your membership independently. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms (including limitations of liability and governing law) survive termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
